Laboratory results are available within 24 hours, and full compliance reports are included.
Asbestos testing requires collection of small material samples (1 cubic inch to 3 square inches depending on material type). EPA sampling protocols determine the required number of samples per homogeneous material. Each sample is documented, photographed, mapped, and logged on a chain-of-custody form before laboratory analysis.
Some materials contain multiple layers (e.g., drywall texture, tape, and joint compound), and each layer is analyzed separately under microscopy.

We also offer drop-off and mail-in asbestos testing. The cost is $37 per sample layer. *Note that each layer is considered a sample if classified as ACM–asbestos-containing material. Please carefully follow the instructions below to drop off or mail a sample.
